Who cultivate the "last minute" culture?

Have you ever notice? Whenever there is any deadline to meet, the government had always try to delay the date, giving discounts, or even had lucky draws.

Just to name a few here:

1. Deadline for the illegal workers to be sent back home was delayed at least twice last year. People never worry about the last date because there is always an extension.
   
2. The government was giving away 50% discount during the recent Merdeka season to encourage people to settle their summons. So why pay early? Wait for the mega discount lah!
   
3. The deadline to renew your MyKad is around the corner, please renew your IC before the end of the year and you could win a MyVi! So I regret changing my MyKad so early, at least I have a chance to win a brand new MyVi man!
   

So for those who had not paid their rental, assesment or sewerage bill, wait for the big lucky draw huh!
