Developed State! Selangor Boleh!

Since day-one I already puzzled why Selangor could be declared as a "developed state"? Heavy rain is "act of god" but flash flood is not! Poor town planning and drainage system during and after construction is the culprit. And people's bad habit of turning rivers into rubbish dump is also another reason that caused blockage, resulting flash flood.

Is Selangor a "developed state"? More will be coming ...
