Update: ITIS

An update to my previous blog: ITIS – Another proud project in Malaysia. I have finally managed to capture this message.

"Kesesakan biasa di susur Jalan Duta ke Jalan Semantan".

Is it because that the congestion was so biasa (usual) so that the VMS (big electronic sign board) was turned off most of the time?
